This is the visit to book between tenancies, before a closing date, or the day you get the keys and would rather not start by scrubbing someone else's kitchen. Your cleaner works to an agreed checklist so nothing important is missed.

Good to know — Book it for after the movers, not before. A clean that happens around boxes has to be done twice, and you pay for both.

Removal of furniture, rubbish or tenant belongings
Repainting, filling holes or repairing damage
Exterior windows above ground level
Carpet shampooing — book carpet and upholstery cleaning alongside
