How it works

Getting started is simple

  1. Install the MapleCrew Provider app
  2. Create your provider account
  3. Choose your services and set your rates
  4. Complete required qualifications and identity verification
  5. Submit licence information where required
  6. Complete payout setup
  7. MapleCrew reviews your provider profile
  8. Once approved, start receiving eligible booking requests

Licence information may be required for certain regulated services. Identity verification confirms who you are — it is not a professional certification, and it does not replace any licence your trade requires.

Requirements

What you'll need

  • Valid contact information
  • The service area you want to work in
  • The services you want to offer
  • Your rates for those services
  • Government-issued ID for identity verification
  • Details of your qualifications for the services you offer
  • A professional licence, for regulated services that require one
  • Payout information, so you can be paid

You'll also be asked whether you currently carry insurance for the services you provide.

Before you go live

Provider review

After you complete onboarding, MapleCrew reviews your profile and submitted information before your provider account becomes active.

Most applications are reviewed within a few hours, although some may take longer.
